I love lamb, it’s that simple. I’ve included some of my favourite lamb dishes in this cookbook and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
There are many cuts of Lamb you can use; most of the time it’s a leg of lamb or backstraps.
My favourite steaks are lamb leg chops, it’s basically steaks cut off the end of a leg of lamb. Lamb mince can be quite fatty and if need be just drain off the excess fat.
